The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
  •  Travis Austin Hamrick, of Davis, was cited for expired MVI and an expired registration by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled no contest on both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court costs of $330.50.
  • Emily Spring Carr, of Hambleton, was cited for no proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • William A. Brown, of Parsons, was cited for failure to use due care by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Chad E. Bolyard, of Belington, was cited for No proof of insurance by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  Charge was dismissed with proof shown.

  • Christopher William Wilderotter, of Rowlesburg, was cited for speeding (64-55) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

 

The following cases have been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
  •  Isaac Dale Moore, of Hambleton, was charged with reckless driving on May 10.  He posted a PR bond of $500 and a court hearing is set for July 17 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate carol D. Irons.
  • Isaac Dale Moore, of Hambleton was charged with accidents involving damage to vehicles on May 10.  He pled not guilty on May 21.  He was also charged with written reports of accidents on May 10 and pled not guilty on May 21.  A court hearing is set for July 17 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
  • Glen G. Fladung, of Hambleton, was charged with Driving under influence of alcohol and driving while license suspended or revoked on May 18.  He posted a PR bond of $1,000 on first charge and $1,000 bond not entered on second charge.  A court hearing is set for August 19 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

 

The following cases have been recorded in the Tucker County Circuit Clerk’s office:
  •  David A. Howell was before Judge Lynn A. Nelson on May 5 and a pretrial conference has been scheduled for September 3 at 9 a.m. and a jury trial was set for September 18 and 19 at 9 a.m.
  • Clifford S. Boyles was before Judge Lynn A. Nelson on May 5 and a motion hearing was set for July 10 at 9:30 a.m.
