The district raised enough money to send a high school senior to New York City to the United Nations, and, also send donations to various Odd Fellow and Rebekah projects – such as Low Vision, Emergency and Disaster Relief and United Nations Pilgrimage, Wounded Warriors and Veterans.

The next convention will be hosted by Pleasant Grove Rebekah Lodge in Montrose, WV on May 16, 2015.

The meeting closed by quoting the Rebekah Creed, which includes the three watch words of the order which are Friendship, Love and Truth. Friendship is like a golden chain that ties the hearts of all Rebekahs (worldwide) together, love is one of our most precious gifts – the more you give, the more you receive – and Truth – it is the very foundation of our society.
