“Habitat and Hunting for America’s Great Game Birds” Presentation at Refuge
The public is invited to Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday, November 16 at 7 p.m., for the next installment of its Valley Vibes series. Ruffed Grouse Society Magazine editor and organization communications director Matt Soberg will present “Habitat and Hunting for America’s Great Game Birds”. Soberg will be presenting information about Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) as a conservation organization, the organization’s key focus birds – ruffed grouse and American woodcock, RGS forest habitat management projects, RGS communications such as the magazine, and as an owner of an English setter – a little about hunting too.
The presentation will be held at the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, located at 6263 Appalachian Highway (Davis, WV) in Canaan Valley, West Virginia.
