The following citations have been filed in the Parsons Magistrate office:

Jacob Lindsey Roberts of Thomas, was cited for Speeding (49-45) by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

David Earl Godwin of Buckhannon, was cited for No proof of insurance by Dep. C.R. Donelson. Proof was shown and charge was dismissed.

William Mark Branson of Buckhannon, was cited for Failure to obey traffic device by Brian W. Barb.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Daniel E. Curtis of Jessop, Md. was cited for No proof of insurance by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  Proof was shown and charge was dismissed.

Montana B. Armentrout of Whitmer was cited for No proof of insurance by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  Proof was shown and charge was dismissed.

Craig Ross Berry of Dayton, Va., was cited for Hunting without written permission and Conspire to violate Chapter 20 by Terry Fluharty.  He was assessed fines of $40 and court costs totaling $330.50.

James Michael McCann of Frostburg, Md., was cited for Speeding (29-25) by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

James E. Propst of Parsons, was cited for No proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  Proof was shown and charge was dismissed.

The following are cases that have been adjudged by the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

State verses Leonard James Wilson Judgment of No contest for one count Operation without Certificate inspection or failure to produce certificate, penalty for misdemeanor.  Violation date was August 23.  He was assessed amounts for charges listed-fine $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.  Ordered and adjudged on Nov. 12 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

State verses Joshua Lee Thornhill Judgment of No contest for one count Petit larceny.  Violation date was June 27 and he was assessed fines of $4.75 with cost and fees of $248.06.  Ordered and adjudged on Nov. 16 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.

State verses Donald Watson, Jr. Dismissed by Magistrate-State-No fee for one count Possession of a controlled substance.  Violation date was March 2.  Case was heard by Magistrate Carol D. Irons on Nov. 6.

State verses Stephen McDonald Possession of controlled substance.  He received fees of $165.25 and unsupervised probation of six months.  Case was heard on Nov. 14 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
