On Thursday, Dec. 12, Parsons Police Chief J.E. Jones responded to a call at the Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School. The call was to report an irate parent at the school causing a problem. According to Jones, Amanda Jo Cantrell arrived at the school and was denied entry. At this time, Cantrell allegedly shoved Principal Tracy Chenoweth backward into the doors of the building as she attempted to physically force her way into the building.
