Division Of Culture And History Celebrates 50 Years Of Historic Site Preservation: Randall Reid-Smith, Commissioner of the West Virginia Division of Culture and History (WVDCH), presents certificates of appreciation for three regional Historic Preservation Sites. The MHLC received the certificate for the two historic districts.
