The following incidents were reported by the Parsons Police Department and the West Virginia State Police

On Friday, July 26 at 2:49 p.m. Tucker County 911 dispatched Tucker County EMS and Tucker County Fire Department to 1943 Cheat Valley Highway in reference of a possible drowning incident.  It was reported that an adult male was face down in the pool and not breathing.  Matthew Steven Jennings was found in the pool and was transported to Davis Memorial Hospital by Tucker County EMS.
On Friday, July 26 at 8 p.m. The Parsons Police and the Tucker County Emergency Medical Service responded to 303 Main St in regard to a female who had fallen.  When EMS arrived, they found that Shelbia Jean Dixon had suffered a fatal medical event and was deceased.
On Saturday, July 27 at 6:30 a.m. Jeffery Richards, from Albright was traveling south on US219 when he crossed the center line, ran off the road and struck a tree.  He was extricated from the vehicle by the Thomas and Davis Volunteer Fire Department.  Due to injuries, he was transported by the Tucker Emergency Medical Service to Garrett Memorial Hospital.  No citations issued.
