June L. Davis, Elkins, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. A second charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
Beverly C. Keadle, Romney, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. The charge was dismissed.
Charlene R. Maxwell, Parsons, was cited for littering from a vehicle by Cpl. T.L. Fluharty. She was assessed fines and court cost of $365.25 and must serve eight hours of Community Service trash pickup.

The following criminal complaints have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
William R. Simmons, Parsons, was charged with Battery. According to the criminal complaint, on Saturday, July 16 at approximately 8:26 a.m. Cpl. J.E. Kopec received a call from Tucker County 911 about the victim, Jim Bowley, allegedly being battered by the suspect, William R. Simmons. Kopec arrived on scene and took photos of the victim which displayed sustained injuries from a physical alteration which included a scraped knee and elbow and a red a swollen cheek. Kopec obtained a statement from the victim and an uninvolved witness which allegedly summarizes Simmons arrived at the victim’s residence outside of his apartment complex and yelled for him to come outside. Bowley then met Simmons in the parking lot where words were allegedly exchanged. Bowley was allegedly punched by Simmons in the head, thrown to the ground and punched in the head a few more times. Simmons then departed the scene. Simmons posted a $500 PR bond.
Alice Gray Sirois, Davis, was charged with Domestic Battery. The complaint states that on Tuesday, July 12 at approximately 8:50 p.m. the victim, Edward M. Kennerd Jr., called 911 to report the accused; Alice Gray Sirois, to have scratched him at his residence. Cpl. J.E. Kopec responed to the scene and took photos of the victim which depict multiple open wounds on his arms and hands and bruising on hands and arms. Kopec obtained a one page written statement from Kennerd which summarizes that the accused allegedly interrupted a birthday party and began arguing with him. He stated that once back at his residence an argument allegedly ensued in his driveway over Sirois wanting to drive one of his vehicles. He stated that she allegedly punched him in the arms, scratched his arms and bit him multiple times. She was arrested and posted a $500 PR bond. A court hearing is scheduled for Oct. 11 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Lincoln Joseph McCauley, Dry Fork, was charged with Violation of a Domestic Violence Order. The criminal compliant states, that on Monday, June 13, at approximately 2:20 p.m., Deputy B.T. Zirk received a complaint from the victim, Amber McGee, of a Domestic Violence Protective Order violation. McGee came to the Tucker County Sheriff’s Office and provided a hand written statement that on Sunday night around 10:30 p.m. the defendant allegedly messaged her on Facebook. She said that Monday morning his mother called asking about Magee’s daughter. She stated that her phone rang again she answered it, noticed that the defendant was on the phone and hung up. She later received a voice mail from the defendant using his mother’s phone. The DVPO was issued on June 11 and all these transactions occurred after that date. He posted a $2,000 PR bond and a court hearing is scheduled for Sept. 22 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Parsons Overlook Trailer Court LLC verses Patty and Tom Worles: The court found in favor of the Overlook Trailer Court in the amount of $300 plus $100 court cost. Worles must vacate the property. This case was heard on July 15 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
Orpha Knicely verses Trenton R. Dibartolomeo: The court found in favor of Knicely in the amount of $3,990 plus $95 court cost. The case was heard on July 7 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
St. George Medical Clinic verses Richard Hollobaugh: The court found in favor of St. George Medical Clinic in the amount of $125 plus $75 court cost. The case was heard on July 13 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
