CANAAN VALLEY – Tucker County’s Carleigh Bolyard captured low medal honors at the PVC Championship last Monday September 19th at Canaan Valley Resort. Bolyard landed on the PVC All Conference First Team with her score. The Mt. Lion team finished second in the 18 hole event with a team score of 388. Moorefield took the team victory with a score of 363. Easton Snyder finished the day with a score of 100, followed by Corrick Ambrose with a 103 and Conner Nestor rounded out the team scoring for the Mt. Lions with a 104.
ELKINS – Tucker County traveled to Elks Country Club in Elkins on September 21st for a match hosted by Tygarts Valley. Pocahontas County won the match with a team score of 178 while Moorefield finished in second place with a score of 184. Tucker County placed third in team scoring with a 188 and Tygarts Valley placed fourth with a 228. Carleigh Bolyard led Tucker County with a score of 44 followed by Easton Snyder with a 45. Conner Nestor finished with a 49 and Nathan Dearborn rounded out the scoring for the Mt. Lions with a 50.
