Karter Reel won first runner up in the little Mr. Apple Dumpling contest held Sunday Oct 2. Karter is the son of Mark and Kristin Reel, grandson of Mark and Carol Reel all of Petersburg, great -grandson of Merry Carol Null, of Hambleton. He is the fifth generation grandson of the late Noah and Luccille Rhoades.
