SALUTE TO VETERANS
The Goldenaires Choir will extend a Salute to Veterans during their weekly program on Thursday, November 10. The music program begins at 1 0:30am with the singing of some of your favorite hymns, so plan to come in a little early and enjoy the entire program.
Later in the program recognition will be given to veterans with special songs, readings etc. We invite you to join us as we honor the men and women who have given their seNice to preseNe our freedom.
VETERANS DAY HOLIDAY
The Tucker County Senior Centers will be closed on Friday, November 11 as we celebrate Veterans Day. Please join us and give a big Thank You to any veteran that you may meet during this special time of the year.
MOUNTAIN TOP OUTPOST AND THANKSGIVING PROGRAM
The Mountain Top Center will host their November covered dish dinner and program on Tuesday, November 15 with the festivities beginning at 10:30am. We will focus on giving thanks for our many blessings that we receive each and every day.
Plan to bring your covered dish to compliment the thanksgiving dinner men and perhaps bring a friend.
PARSONS SENIOR CENTER THANKSGIVING PROGRAM AND DINNER PLEASE NOTE THE DATE
We invite you to join us as we celebrate the coming of the Thanksgiving Holiday with a special program and dinner at the Parsons Senior Center on Thursday, November 17. Please note that there was a mistake in the November Newsletter that stated that the Parsons Senior Center Program is scheduled for November 24 rather than the correct date of the 17. We are sorry for the misprint.

MEDICARE OPEN ENROLLMENT AND PART D
Once again we remind you that the time is here for Medicare Open Enrollment and changes to your Medicare Part D. During this period you can compare plans, and make sure that you have the right coverage. You can stay with your current plan if you’re happy with it, or look at different options. If you need assistance call the senior center at 304-478-2423 and make a one on one appointment with Ann Filler the S H I P Coordinator.
