PARSONS – Several people appeared in Tucker County Magistrate and Tucker County Circuit Courts this week.
-Aaron Todd Wolfe, 36, appeared with his attorney Brent Easton in Tucker County Circuit Court Monday before Judge James Courrier Jr. Wolfe was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny and one felony count of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. Wolfe’s bond was continued and his next hearing is slated for 9:30 a.m. Dec. 13 in Tucker County Circuit Court.
-Clinton Dale Streets, of Davis, appeared with his attorney Timothy Gentilozzi. At the time of the hearing, Streets was still incarcerated at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. Tucker County Prosecuting Attorney Ray LaMora asked if Streets is released that he be assessed through the Tucker County Day Release program, which was granted. Streets was indicted by a Tucker County Grand Jury on one felony count of 3rd Offense Shoplifting. His next hearing is slated for 10:15 a.m. Nov. 17.
-Michael Todd Nesslerodt, 57, was represented by his attorney Philip Isner. Bond was continued in the case and he is scheduled to appear in Tucker County Circuit Court at 11:15 a.m. Nov. 15. Nesslerodt was indicted by a Tucker County Grand Jury on one felony count of robbery in the first degree, one misdemeanor count of domestic assault and one felony count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
-William Glen Murphy, 53, appeared with his attorney Brent Easton who asked Courrier to modify Murphy’s bond. A modification from $6,000 cash only was modified to $6,000 cash or surety. Murphy will be required to be evaluated by Tucker County Community Corrections and wear a GPS electronic monitor. His next Tucker County Circuit Court appearance is slated for 9:45 a.m. Dec. 13. Murphy was indicted by a Tucker County Grand Jury on one felony case of malicious assault, one misdemeanor count of domestic battery and one felony count of strangulation.
-Charles Arnold appeared with his attorney John Cooper. His case was a direct indictment by a Tucker County Grand Jury which included one felony count of driving under the influence of alcohol and causing death, one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol and causing bodily injury, one felony count of child neglect resulting in bodily injury and one felony count of child neglect creating risk of serious bodily injury. His next appearance in Tucker County Circuit Court is set for 11 a.m. Dec. 13.
-Mitchell Corey Adams, 29, waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Tucker County Magistrate Court. Adams was represented by attorney Frank Bush. He is accused of one felony count of conspiracy, one felony count of possession with intent to deliver and one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance. His bond was changed to personal recognizance. Adams appeared before Magistrate Riley Barb. Probably cause was found and his case will be bound over for presentation to a Tucker County Grand Jury.
-Britni Mikkel Ball, 29, appeared before Tucker County Magistrate Riley Barb. She was represented by Timothy Gentilozzi. Ball is charged with one felony count of conspiracy, one count of child neglect creating a risk of injury, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession with intent to deliver. Ball waived her time frame for a preliminary hearing. Her next court date is slated for Dec. 6.
-Staci Diane Smith, 33, appeared before Tucker County Magistrate Riley Barb with her attorney Timothy Prentice. Smith was charged with one felony count of conspiracy, three counts of possession with intent to deliver and three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Her bond was modified to personal recognizance and she waived her right to a preliminary hearing.
-Jonathan Charles Lambert of Parsons was charged with one felony count of sexual abuse in the first degree. He appeared in a contested preliminary with his attorney Jeremy Cooper before Magistrate Mont Miller. Miller found probable cause in the case and the request to modify the $50,000 cash only bond was denied. Lambert’s case was bound over for presentation to a Tucker County Grand Jury.
