The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
• Jimmy Close of Montrose was cited for Speeding (57/45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80. He was also cited for No proof of insurance, proof was shown and charge was dismissed.
• Edward Wayne Dean of Clarksburg was cited for Permit violation and No load securement by B.W. Barb. He was cited fines of $104.75 and court cost of $330.50.
• Shawn Michael Allen of Nutterfort was cited for Expired MVI by Cpl. M.A. Roy. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.
• Brandon David Mullens of Paw Paw was cited for two counts of No seatbelts by Cpl. M.A. Roy. He pled No contest on both charges and was assessed fines of $50.
• Stephen Wayne McDermont of Harman was cited for Speeding (81-55) by Sgt C.D. Siler. He was assessed fines of $10 and court cost of $165.80.
• Imogene M. Hutinet of Washington, D.C. was cited for Speeding (63-45) by TFC. J.E. Kopec. She pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

• Andrew Anderegg: Charged with Hunting, trapping, or fishing on land of another, withholding information obstructing officers. He pled Not guilty and court hearings will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.
• James Brusak: Charged with Hunting, trapping, or fishing on land of another, withholding information obstructing officers. He pled Not guilty and court hearings will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.
• Bradley Lemons: Charged with Hunting, trapping, or fishing on land of another, withholding information obstructing officers. He pled Not guilty and court hearings will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.

• Roy Cate: Charged with Hunting, trapping, or fishing on land of another, withholding information obstructing officers. He pled Not guilty and court hearings will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m.
• John Anderegg: Charged with Hunting, trapping, or fishing on land of another, withholding information obstructing officers. He pled Not guilty and court hearings will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m.
• Timothy McKisic: Charged with Hunting, trapping, or fishing on land of another, withholding information obstructing officers. He pled Not guilty and court hearings will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m.
The following criminal complaint was filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
• Adam Wayne Beverage of Parsons was charged with Possession of controlled substance and Driving suspended. According to the criminal complaint, a call from Elkins Communications alerted the West Virginia State Police that a subject was driving North on US219 and was believed to have warrants for his arrest. It was later discovered that the individual had five active warrants from Pocahontas County. Cpl. M.A. Roy identified the vehicle, a maroon 2000 Ford Escort, and stopped it only to discover that the driver, Adam Wayne Beverage, was driving on suspended operators for several unpaid citations. Beverage advised the officer that he had hydrocodone pills on his possession. He stated that he had a prescription for the medication but did not have the bottle or prescription with him. The pills were located in the wallet of Beverage. This incident occurred in Tucker County and Beverage posted a PR bond of $1,500 and has a court hearing set for Friday, Nov. 22 with Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
