The City of Parsons Water Department made an amazing discovery recently as crews were fixing a water leak. The water department was working on a water leak on Central Ave. when one of the workers noticed an unusual sight. The rock pictured has a large hole created by the water, from the leak, eroding a hole in it. Red Lipscomb, water department supervisor, stated that the rock will not be destroyed, but will become a paper weight for his desk.
