The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Debra A. Jones, Hambleton, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
Brian C. Quattro, Davis, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Joshua J. White, Montrose, was cited for animal cruelty by Parsons Police Chief William Rowe. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $300 and court cost of $165.25.
Brandon B. Brake, Kingwood, was cited for speeding and failure to change address on operators by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $54.75 and court cost of $330.50.
Jimmy D. Hook Jr., Bittinger, Md. was cited for failure to obey traffic control device by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Samson N. Sunny, Herndon, Va. was cited for speeding (79-65) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Kara E. Loyd, Horner, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Leslie A. Bennett, Mill Creek, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Anacelis E. Bone, Charles Town, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Eric W. Spencer, Elkins, was cited for no proof of insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Twila J. Smith, Parsons, was cited for cell phone use by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100.
The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Marshall D. Parsons Jr. Parsons, was charged with Domestic battery; Resisting arrest and one felony count of Strangulation. According to the complaint, Parsons Police Chief W.D. Rowe received a radio call from 911 in reference to a domestic. Rowe, Tucker County Sheriff Brian Wilfong and Special Deputy T.L. Fluharty responded to the scene. Upon arrival, the defendant and his wife were in a verbal argument. Wilfong asked female what happened and she stated that the defendant allegedly hit her several times in the head and face area and then choked her. He asked the defendant to get his shirt on and the defendant allegedly became very abusive. The defendant allegedly became very aggressive with Wilfong. While attempting to detain the defendant, he became very combative. He obstructed/resisted arrest and all the officers handcuffed him. The female had several marks on her neck and face area. The defendant is under a $1,000 cash only bond for the misdemeanors and a $5,000 cash only bond for the felony charge. No bond was entered at time of this report.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

State of West Virginia verses Mark E. Minor, Fairmont, received judgment of Dismissed-with Prejudice for one count Fraudulent Schemes which occurred on July 10, 2016. Motion to dismiss with prejudice by State – Granted. This case was heard on Jan. 31 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
West Virginia University Medical Corp. verses Snyder: The court ruled in favor of West Virginia University Medical Corp/dba/University Health Association against Michelle R. Snyder and Todd Snyder in the amount of $536.30 plus $95 court cost.
Gwisdalla verses Isaacs: The court ruled in favor of Brian Harris and Lisa Gwisdalla against Alison Isaacs in the amount of $2,107.88 plus $45 court cost.
