Donna Stiles, AmeriCorps Member with the City of Parsons, was recognized during Tuesday’s Parsons City Council meeting as part of the Mayor and County Recognition Day for National Service. Parsons Mayor Dorothy Judy presented Stiles with a certificate and recognized and thanked her for her service and the impact it has on Parsons.
