- Eric M. Grabenstein, Fort Ashby, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Stephanie D. Morsey, Parsons, was cited for speeding (69-55) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Sarah A. Lipscomb, Parsons, was cited for dog tax violation by Chief W.D. Rowe. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
- Kevin R. Brown, Lost River, was cited for no MVI and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Michael D. Nielsen, West Point, Va. was cited for leaving the scene by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Tracy L. Mullennex, Davis, was cited for leaving the scene and failure to use due care by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The first charge was dismissed and pled no contest to the second charge. Assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- State of West Virginia verses Daniel S. Canterbury, Parkersburg, received judgment of preliminary hearing waived for one count aiding escape and other offenses relating to adults and juveniles (Felony Delivery) which occurred on Oct. 29, 2016. He is bound over to Circuit Court. This case was heard on March 28 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- City of Parsons verses Fulton: The court found in favor of the City of Parsons against Patricia Fulton in the amount of $186.06 plus $75 court cost on March 30. The case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- WVU Hospital verses Bosch: The court found in favor of WVU Hospital against Clara Bosch in the amount of $1,921.23 plus $80 court cost on April 3. This case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
The following citations have been recorded by the Parsons Police Department:
- Tony W. Assali, Parsons, was cited for failure to maintain, no seatbelt and driving suspended by Sgt. D.E. Gidley. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $381.
- Jo DiBacco, Thomas was cited for speeding (41-25) by Chief W.D. Rowe. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $102. A second charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
