The Mountaineer Garden Club’s selection for April Yard of the Month for residence was awarded to Yvonne Parsons on Sixth St in Parsons. Beautiful stone beds are overflowing with colorful creeping phlox and patriotism is on display in anticipation of Memorial Day.
The business selection was awarded to Parsons City Hall on Walnut Street. The front of the hall has shrubbery with lush pink and interesting pendulous white blossoms.
