According to a press release from the F/Sgt K.L. Kiplinger, Parsons Detachment of the West Virginia State Police on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 0549 Hrs a black 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Patrick Myers, Parsons WV was driving Northbound on US Rt 219, when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder Driven by Jerry (Porter) Nestor of Hendricks. Both drivers were injured in this accident and transported from scene by EMS. This traffic accident is currently under investigation by the Parsons Detachment, West Virginia State Police.
