Parsons Lions Club Member/Secretary Lion Keith Lipscomb was awarded the Leonard Jarrett award at a recent Lions Club District Governor Meeting.
In 1984 the West Virginia Lions Sight Conservation Foundation established The Leonard Jarrett Award. This award is the highest honor given by the West Virginia Lions Sight Conservation Foundation.
