PARSONS – A Tucker County Grand Jury returned eight indictments Tuesday. All those indicted will return to court at 9 a.m. Monday, June 12 for arraignment hearings.
Those indicted include:
Mitchel Adams, 30, of Parsons. Adams was indicted on one count of conspiracy, one count of possession with intent to deliver and one count of delivery of a controlled substance.
A criminal complaint filed in Tucker County Magistrate Court alleges on April 24, 2016 Adams sold a suboxone strip for $25 behind Subway located in Parsons.
Britni M. Ball, 29, of Parsons. Ball was indicted on one count of conspiracy, one count of possession with intent to deliver, one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of child neglect creating risk for serious injury.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Tucker County Magistrate Court, Ball allegedly facilitated the sale of one suboxone strip on April 24, 2016.
Staci Smith, 33, of Hepzibah. Smith was indicted on one count of conspiracy, three counts of possession with intent to deliver and three counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
A criminal complaint filed in Tucker County Magistrate Court alleges Smith sold 10 clonazepam pills, a schedule IV controlled substance, for $3 per pill. According to the complaint, the sale took place April 11, 2016.
Jesse Derick Suesli, 34, of Hambleton. Suesli was indicted on one count of conspiracy.
Jeremy Denver McIntyre, 37, of Parsons. McIntyre was indicted on one count of possession with intent and one count of delivery.
McIntyre’s criminal complaint, filed in Tucker County Magistrate Court, alleges McIntyre was coming across the Dollar General Store in Parsons parking lot when he was observed jumping up to the passenger side door of a tractor trailer. When West Virginia State Troopers questioned the driver of the truck, he said he contacted McIntyre to purchase Subutex/Buprenorphine. The event allegedly took place March 10, 2017.
Derrick Lee Dumire, 36, of Hendricks. Dumire was indicted on nine counts of a person prohibited from possessing a firearm.
Dumire’s criminal complaint was filed with Tucker County Magistrate Court and alleges on Dec. 10, 2015 multiple firearms were discovered in Dumire’s residence during the execution of a protective order. The complaint says Dumire had pistols, shotguns and a rifle.
Tiffany N. Henline, 34, of Parsons. Henline was indicted on one count of shoplifting third offense.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Tucker County Magistrate Court, Henline entered the Dollar General Store in Parsons and stole at least two back packs with contents, and the value of the items was less than $500. The event allegedly took place July 21, 2016.
Michael C. Jones Jr., 48, of Hendricks. Jones was indicted on two counts of failing to register second or subsequent offense and one misdemeanor offense of false information to a trooper.
A criminal complaint filed in Tucker County Magistrate Court alleges Jones failed to register as a sex offender. On Feb. 10, 2017 Sgt. C.D. Siler was attempting to register Jones as a sex offender in Tucker County and found out he had been living in Hendricks since the summer of 2016.
Tucker County Prosecuting Attorney Ray LaMora III presented the cases and Tucker County Circuit Court Judge Lynn A. Nelson presided.
An indictment is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
