The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Daniel Keith Lambka of Kitzmiller, Md. was cited for Speeding (54-45) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25
- Steven Michael Spivey of Mankton, Pa. was cited for No seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Grant Stephen Hardesty of Terra Alta was cited for Expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.20 and court cost of $165.80.
- Ellis M. Boury, III of Ruffs Dale, Pa. was cited for Speeding by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.25 and court cost of $165.25.
- Michael Lynn Nestor of Parsons was cited for No proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. Proof was shown and citation was dismissed.
- Roger Lee Snead, Jr. of Springfield, Va. was cited for Speeding (49-45) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- William Owen Postlethwait of Davis was cited for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Trevor Christian Vanscoy of Parsons was cited for No proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. Proof was shown and citation was dismissed.
- Marlin Eugene Miller of Parsons was cited for Failure to maintain control by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following are cases that have been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Kimberly Clements was charged with DUI on Oct. 17. She posted a PR bond of $1,000 and was released. A court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 5. Magistrate Carol Irons will hear the case.
- Anthony Conner of Strasburg, Va. was charged with Speeding and Driving on revoked license due to an active DUI conviction. According to the criminal complaint, on Sunday, Oct. 20, Conner was observed by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle to be driving above the posted speed limit. When a status check was conducted it was determined that Conner’s operators had been revoked.
