Peter Balkus, Director Mt. Storm Station of Dominion Energy presents a $2,500 check for the Run For It event to Tucker Community Foundation representatives, Rob Burns, Sandra Frank, and Diane Hinkle. The Dominion Foundation has supported the event every year since the program started in 2007. Dominion grant funds have helped to leverage more than $1.2 million for the region and continues to motivate participation in a healthy activity. Run For It is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 23. The 2k walk aknd 5k race starts and finishes at the Davis Fire Hall. With 80 teams registered, another record breaking year is in the works.
