This photo is of Kathryn (Katie) Kelley Little’s parents: William A. Kelley and Millie Ethel Cross Kelley. The Kelley’s lived at Evenwood before coming to Parsons. Evenwood had a large sawmill so there was employment there. Because of its location, it was prone to flooding; which took a toll on the operation.
