Letter to the Editor – October 4, 2017

The Parsons City crew has been instrumental in removing tree stumps and replacing sidewalks on Main Street.

Marshall, Bill and the team were very professional and did an excellent job.  The old culvert that ran down Fourth Street and under Main Street was completely open and dangerous at the corner.  The opening was large enough for a person to drop down into it or a car could have gotten stuck in there.  Even a child could have fallen into it.  Now, it is cleaned up and closed off.  It is tight and looks professional. I believe it will work well, look good and will allow me to landscape our yard.
