The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Trent I. McGee, Romney, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Jason H. Smith, Oakhill Va. was cited for speeding (79-65) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4/75 and court cost of $165.25.
- McKenzie B. Jones, Hambleton, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. Jones pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Glenda D. Fisher, Martinsburg, was cited for speeding (74-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Sarah J. Deacon, Davis, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Rajesh Anandakrishnan, Herdon, Va. was cited for speeding (74-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Marci Jones, Davis, was cited for expired MVI and Improper Registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- State of West Virginia verses Tammy Lynn Mook: Dry Fork, Probable cause was found for one count Burglary by entering with or without breaking which occurred on July 28. A $10 fee was assessed and the case was bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court.
- State of West Virginia verses Tammy Lynn Mook: Dry Fork, Probable cause was found for one count receiving or transferring stolen goods which occurred on Aug. 11. A $10 fee was assessed and the case was bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court. The above cases were ordered and adjudged on Oct. 11 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- State of West Virginia verses Joshua David Hunt: Received judgment of no contest per plea agreement for one county Battery upon another by making physical contact with force capable of causing pain or injury which occurred on Aug. 6. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25; a suspended jail term of 30 days; unsupervised probation for six months and must take alcohol classes through Tucker County Community Corrections. This case was heard on Oct 5 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- State of West Virginia verses Jeff Jones: Received judgment of guilty verdict for one count Truancy which occurred on March 15. He was assessed cost and fees of $215.25. This case was heard on Oct. 17 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
