Tucker County Youth Football “A” team recently won the title of League Champions. The team finished the season 10-1.
The championship game was played in Terra Alta against Kingwood on Sunday Oct 29 in 30 degree weather, with wind, rain and fog. The regular game ended in a 0-0 tie. Kingwood scored first in overtime then Tucker scored to tie the game again 6-6. Tucker had the ball first in the second overtime, scoring and making the extra point. Kingwood was unable to score again finishing the 2nd overtime and the game with a 13-6 Tucker win!
