The Tucker Valley Middle School Boys’ Basketball team traveled to Elkins Middle on Tuesday December 5th. In the first contest the Tucker Valley JV team fell by the final score of 44-36.
Rory Nestor led Tucker Valley in scoring with 15 points and Trenton Wilfong added 7 points in the Tucker Valley JV loss. In the second game of the night the Wildcats varsity got the hard fought victory on the road 39-28. Zach Long led Tucker Valley with 18 points. Bryson Harper and Haden Wamsley added 6 points each for the Wildcats in the win.
The Wildcats(2-1) will travel to Romney Middle tonight December 13th and then Tucker Valley will host Pendleton County on December 19th. Both nights the JV game will begin at 6pm with the varsity game to follow. For more info or complete schedules go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
