The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

Larry M. Stemple, Jr., Parsons, was cited for speeding (64-55) by K.L. Keplinger.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Gabriel J. Arango-Zapata, Alexandria, Va. was cited for speeding (35-25) By Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

James D. Nestor, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.

Christian S. Long, Parsons, was cited for no proof of insurance by Cpl. J.E. Kopec.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $200 and court cost of $165.25.

Robert W. Arbogast, Essex, Md. was cited for conspiracy to violate Chapter 20 and illegal possession of wildlife by Brian Nuzum.  He was assessed fines of $40 and court cost of $330.50.

The following case has been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

State of West Virginia verses Audrey Fulmer, Creekside, Pa. received judgment of no contest plea for one count speed limitations.  She was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.  This case was heard on Dec. 18 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
