The Davis-Thomas Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball teams hosted Pendleton County on Monday January 15th. In the Girls’ contest the Lady Bears fell in the game by the final score of 32-22. Davis-Thomas was led by Nevaeh Nichols with 11 points and Tory Paul added 6 points for the Lady Bears in the loss.
In the Boys’ JV contest Davis-Thomas picked up the win by the final score 31-24. Justin Robeson led Davis-Thomas with 11 points and Aaron Quattro added 7 points in the Bears win.
In the varsity game Davis-Thomas got the win 48-31. Harper Russell led the Bears in scoring with 14 points and Blake Anderson added 11 points in the Davis-Thomas win.
The Davis-Thomas Boys’ teams will host Harman on Thursday January 25th and then the Lady Bears(1-11) and the Bears(11-2) will play Tucker Valley at TCHS on Saturday January 27th starting at 5pm. For more info or complete schedules go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
