This is a picture of Ira Franklin Teter (1884-1958). He was the son of John Adam and Emily Jane Harman Teter. He was married to Celestine Bonner.
They has four children: Ira Glen, Carl Lee, Rondal Leon, Dorothy Ruth. Emily Jane Harman was the daughter of Solomon and Elizabeth Harman Harman; they moved from the Harman Hills of Pendleton County to Horse Camp Run near Harman, WV. She was one of 11 children including: Noah, David, Mary Ann, Asa, Job, Samuel, Benjamin, Jesse, Solomon.
