PAYMENTS FOR OUTWEST TRIP

Just a reminder that your final 2 payments are due in May. One is due on May 4th and the other on May 31st. If you choose to, you may send them both in at once.

POSSIBLE TRIP TO GRACELAND

We are trying to get a trip to Graceland set up. We have had several requests for this trip. We are looking at September 9th to 14th. If you are interested in this trip, please call the Parsons Center at 304-478-2423 immediately to get on the list. We must know by May 1st because that is when the deposit for the bus is due. We don’t want to send any money if we don’t have people interested in the trip.

ONE DAY TRIP

We are currently taking names for a 1 day trip called “Sweet Country Roads” on October 8th. This includes the motor coach, gratuities, a western BBQ buffet, a toe tapping, knee slapping “Country Gold” music show with music by Johnny Cash, Kenny Rogers, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parson, and more, and visits to a grist mill and a maple farm. The price will be approximately $120 to $150 depending on the number of participants. Please call 304-478-2423 to get your name and phone number on the list as soon as possible. We will call you with more details after we have a workable list.
