The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- State of West Virginia verses Patrick Lester Coffman, Montrose, received judgment of Guilty-plea agreement for one count Domestic Battery that occurred on March 18. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25. He also received judgment of Motion by the Prosecuting Attorney to dismiss-Granted by the Magistrate-No fees charged on the case for one count Interference, prevention or deprivation of access to emergency services. This case was ordered and adjudged on July 6 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Hanline verses Scott: On July 13 this case was granted judgment in favor of Carl Hanline and Stephanie Sanders against Brendon Scott in the amount of $600 plus &85 court cost. This case was ordered and adjudged by Magistrate William M. Miller.
