St.GEORGE – Fall is coming and it is time to make plans to attend  Camp Horseshoe’s Fall Quilt Retreat near St. George from September 11 –15, 2018.

It will be the perfect place to spend quality time with your sewing machine and quilting friends both new and old.  Enjoy Horseshoe’s relaxed atmosphere, take advantage of this time to start a new project or catch up on those projects you have started and just haven’t found time to complete.

 “Quilters will have an opportunity to choose a new project as follows:  Simple Layer Cake Quilt, Rhonda Braham, (Independence, WV); Purse, Rhonda Larson, (Rawlings, MD);

Cat City Quilt, Mary Smith (Parsons, WV); Tall Trim a Tree, Debra Davis, (Victor, WV); and mystery project also; there will be Demos by experienced quilters during the quilting event and some surprises along the way,” said Mary Smith, facilitator.

While at the retreat there are no chores, meals to cook or phones to answer.  It will be great learning experience.  You will be completely spoiled as we sew, eat and sleep.  The fellowship and friendships formed will last a lifetime and you can take home a finished keepsake.

For a brochure contact Mary Smith at 304-478-2899 or on the web at http://www.yla-youthleadership.org/HeritageArts.html for all the information & color photos of classes being offered. Registration Deadline:  August 24, 2018
