Jerry C. Nestor, Hendricks, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Mark L. Morton, Fredericksburg, Va. was cited for speeding (69-65) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
State of West Virginia verses Brian Keith Jones: He received a judgment of guilty verdict for two counts Truancy. This case was heard on Aug. 21 by William M. Miller.
Pifer verses Burdock: On Aug 16 the court found in favor of the plaintiff. The hay elevator is to be relinquished to the plaintiff with court cost of $75. This case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Virgil L. Didawick: He received judgment of guilty plea-agreement for one count driving while license suspended or revoked, and judgment of guilty plea-agreement for one count driving a vehicle while in an impaired state, but with alcohol concentration of less than .15. He also received judgment by the State to dismiss for one count proof of insurance was granted. He was assessed fines of $200 cost and fees of $405.50, time served of 24 hours and 30 days home confinement. A motion by the State to reduce charge from DUI second to DUI first was granted.
