The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

  •  Catherine G. Patterson, Accident, Md. was cited for speeding (29-25) by Deputy B.T. Zirk.  She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Donald L. Poplawski, Sr., Moundsville, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Donald L. Poplawski, Sr., Moundsville, was cited for No MVI and expired registration on pickup by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
  • Artie J. McDonald, Kerens, was cited for loaded firearm in vehicle by WV DNR.  He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Diane Johnson, Davis, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • April D. McKinley, Davis, was cited for expire registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

 

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

  •  State of West Virginia verses Nicholas L. Calica, Tunnelton, received judgment of dismissed for one count driving while license suspended or revoked.  This case was heard on Sept. 13 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • State of West Virginia verses Thomas B. Summerfield, Jr. received judgment of probable cause found for one felony count of gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of death or serious injury.  A $10 fee was assessed and this case was bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court. The case was heard on Sept 13 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
