Tucker County Grand Jury hands down four indictments

On Tuesday, Oct. 2 the Tucker County Grand Jury handed down indictments on the following individuals:

  • Jeremy Clinton Watson was charged with one count Possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, one count felon in possession of a firearm, one count obstructing officer and one count refusal to submit fingerprints.  The Grand Jury charges that on or about Sept, 26, 2017 the defendant committed the offence of Possession of controlled substance with intent by unlawfully, intentionally and feloniously possessing a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver to wit: methamphetamine.
  • Jasper W. Snyder, The Grand Jury charges that on or about May 27 the defendant committed the offense of one count Entering without Breaking at the Tucker County Animal Shelter, two counts unlawful taking of vehicle and one count obtaining goods by false pretenses.
  • Britni M. Ball was charged with the offense of two counts of Shoplifting 3rddegree.
  • Lynard Dale Nestor was charged with one count Burglary and one count Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

All of the above cases were presided over by Judge Lynn A. Nelson.
