Free Friday will be at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Friday, November 30, at 6 p.m.

Light up a Life
Please join WV Caring hospice care are selling ornaments for remembering a family member, loved one or friend for the “light up a life “ trees.
Tree lightings and hanging of ornaments events are, Thursday November 29 at noon at Grant County Bank in Davis and Friday November 30 at 4 p.m. at Citizens Bank of WV in Parsons. Ornaments can be ordered throughout the holiday season by calling 1-800-350-1161, online at wvcaring.org, or at the event. Everyone welcome.
Friends of Cortland Acres meeting

Youth and Children Christmas Program
St. John’s United Methodist Youth and Children Christmas Program will be Sunday, December 2 at 7pm at St. John’s UMChurch in Parsons. Refreshments will be served following the program. Everyone welcome.
20th Annual Joy of Christ Celebration
20th Annual Joy of Christ Celebration will be December 3-December 7 , 6 – 8:30 p.m. nghtly at Oakland Community Center.

The Joy of Christ Celebration is a community family event for taking a break from shopping and holiday hustle to reflect on the meaning of Christmas. Business and church sponsors cover all costs.
