Basket Bingo
Tucker County Celebrate Recovery will be having Basket Bingo on Friday, December 14 at Tucker County Senior Center.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and bingo starts at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 before and $30 at door.
Pregnancy Center Reopening
The Tucker County Center of the Central West Virginia Centers for Pregnancy Care will reopen on Thursday, Dec. 20 in the back section of the Free Methodist Church in Hendricks. Refreshments will be served from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Regular hours will be Wednesdays from 1 – 3 p.m.
Snowshoe Discovery Tours
Sunday, December 16, 1 p.m. Snowshoe Discovery Tours – Join Chip Chase at White Grass Ski Center for a natural history snowshoe walk. Enjoy a short streamside jaunt that lasts about an hour and covers around a mile of easy rolling terrain.
Holiday Reception
Join Friends of Blackwater for a holiday reception at the Buxton and Landstreet Gallery from 4 to 6 p.m. on December 14. There will be live music and light refreshments. Learn more about Friends of Blackwater, chat with staff, and check out the artwork in the gallery. This is a free event, unless you decide to get started on your holiday shopping.
