Wilda Marie Adams Wilt Harsh, 92, of Aurora, West Virginia passed away at her home on January 10, 2019. She was born October 7, 1926 in St. George, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Selby Ray Sr. and Ethel May Miller Adams.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Harold Dale Harsh. Also surviving are two sons, Eugene (Linda) Wilt, Rowlesburg, West Virginia and Steven (Cheryl) Wilt, Eglon, West Virginia, four daughters, Beverly (Randy) Whetstone, Petersburg, West Virginia, Janice (Arthur) Forman, Amboy, West Virginia, Cathy (Tom) Barr, St. George, West Virginia, and Martha (Danny) Poling, Parsons, West Virginia, one brother, S. Ray (Lucille) Adams, St. George, West Virginia, three sisters, Beatrice (George) Dean, Concord, California, Lillian Mick, Philippi, West Virginia, and Lily Nestor, Hambleton, West Virginia, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one step son, Roy (Mary) Harsh, Erie, Pennsylvania, two step daughters, Rose (Larry) Collier, San Antonio, Texas, and Diane (Rich) Stevens, Cumming, Georgia, seven step grandchildren, nine step great-grandchildren, and one step great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her first husband and father to her children, Bernard Wilt, and second husband, Frank Stemple.
Wilda enjoyed reading, quilting, sewing, and cooking. She was a member of the Aurora United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir, was a former treasurer, and Sunday School Teacher. Over the years she was active in various community organizations. Her pride and joy was her family. She was known for her love and patience with everyone.

Friends were received at the Aurora United Methodist Church, Monday, January 14, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. The funeral service was immediately following the visitation at 2 p.m. with Rev. Anna Efaw officiating. Interment followd in the Limestone Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Aurora United Methodist Church, PO Box 77 Aurora, WV 26705.
