The West Virginia Scenic Trails Association will have an informational meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14 at the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Elkins Operational Center, 738 Ward Rd, Elkins. It will detail information about maintaining the Allegheny Trail.
