CHARLESTON, WV – The Public Service Commission issued a Final Order adopting the Recommended Decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and authorizing the Commission Staff to immediately seek an Order from the Circuit Court of Tucker County attaching the assets of Timberline Four Seasons Utilities, Inc. (TFSU) and placing TFSU under the sole control and responsibility of Canaan Valley Public Service District (CVPSD) as receiver.
