This weeks photo is of Marjorie Henning Tillson (1888-1996). She is celebrating her 100th birthday in this photo. She lived to be 107 years old; dying 2 months shy of being 108. She was the daughter of Robert and Margaret McMillan Henning; they were natives of Pennsylvania and moved to Davis from Illinois in 1894. The children of the Henning family included: Marjorie (Edward) Tillson, Blanche (Edgar) Haines, Emma (John) Crigler, Tressie, Robert, Thornton (1884-1956). Marjorie was a school teacher in Davis and worked as a clerk at the Davis Post Office. She was married to Edward Tillson (1882-1972) who was the son of Clarence and Mary Tillson.
