This large oil painting was discovered propped in front of the gallery when worker, for the day, arrived to work.
Those in charge thought that perhaps an ArtSpring silent auction donation had been dropped off at the wrong place, but emails to the person in charge of the auction proved she had no knowledge of the painting either.The signature is on the painting is Dorothy Horne Decker 196, who was an artist from Parkersburg, and died in 2005.
