Call me old fashioned but I can’t help how I see the world. I heard on the news that a 30 year old man was sentenced to life in prison without mercy for the murder of a ten month old baby. He sexually assaulted her and the baby died. I am sorry but this monster needs to go to the gas chamber. Momma Said, “I have a feeling that the same thing is going to happen to him in prison.”
How can a grown man do something so heinous to a helpless child? I cannot fathom how low society can stoop. Maybe I was shielded from this type of stuff growing up but I do not remember hearing of things such as this when I was young. There is definitely a special place in Hell for people like him. I can’t imagine what the mother of the child is going through.
I have heard of cases in the news that the mother is aware of what is going on and does not stop it. How can a woman carry a baby for nine months inside her body and not care about something like this? I am so glad I had a mother that loved me and cared about what happened to me. Momma Said, “Love the children because they will inherit the earth.” Treat people as you would want to be treated.
I try to be a good person but sometimes my temper gets the best of me. I know I could never do something to a child but sometimes I wonder what I would do in a situation where I could help someone else. I would like to think I would jump in and try to do whatever I could, but you never know unless the situation arises. I have helped animals in need before, so I hope if the issue ever arises I would do my best to help someone in need.
