- Michael T. Sniecienski, Fort Ashby, was cited for speeding (69-65) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Jacqueline I. Wood, Fayettville, NC, was cited for speeding (35-25) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Brandon S. Nicely, Frankford, was cited for failure to wear seatbelt in a CMV by Charles Dyer. He was assessed fines of $25.
The following case has been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Canaan Vistas Maintenance Assoc. verses Juzwik: The court ordered in favor of Canaan Vistas Maintenance Assoc. against Brittany H. Taylor in the amount of $644.24 plus $75 court cost. This case was heard on Aug. 28 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
