Turner’s Tidbits

This is a photo of Earl (1892-1972) and Edna Henline (1897-1996) Huffman. Earl was the son of Solomon and Mary Elizabeth Bland Huffman; he was born in Pendleton County. Earl had several brothers and sisters. A sister of Earl’s was Charlotte “Lottie” who married George Washington Harper. George and Lottie lived at Elk in Tucker County. Edna Henline Huffman was the daughter Henry and Emma Elizabeth Harsh Henline and was born near Eglon. Earl and Edna Huffman had the following children: Richard (1917-2001) married Orlena Cousino, Carl married Hollie Cooper (1919-1985), Rheba married Virgil Glenn Hedrick (1923-1955), Inez married a Treter, and Edith (1932-1932).
