The Mountaineer Garden Club welcomed guest speaker, Master Gardener Sara Phares, to the October meeting. Care, feeding, and propagation of the many different varieties of succulents was presented via lecture and a PowerPoint presentation. Phares also demonstrated propagation techniques with her collection of succulents, while MGC members participated in the activity and took home cuttings for new plants.
