This building stood next to the Greenlief-Combs Funeral home in Parsons. I took this picture before the building was dismantled. As much as I know is that the Five Rivers Library had purchased the building with the possibility of building a new library on the property. They paid to have the building dismantled. As time passed, it did not seem to be the focus of building on the lot so the property was sold to the Tucker County Commission. I do not know what businesses occupied the building but it may be that the News and Novelty was in one of the storefronts.
