Santa is Coming to Town
Santa will be at Parsons Shop-n-Save from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8.
Christmas Toy Drive
Donations are needed of new and gently used toys (no clothes). Drop off sites: Parsons City Hall now through Dec.7 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.  Stevens Realty, Tucker County Extension Office and Community Action and Thomas Town Hall  Dec. 3 through 7 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Toy Giveaway will be Dec. 8 through 14 from 2 – 7 p.m. at St. Paul’s Church behind Subway. Volunteers needed and everyone is welcome.  Contact:  304-478-3173; 304-478-2501; 304-478-4142
Holiday Fundraiser
Friends of Blackwater will have a fundraiser square dance and soup dinner at 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6 at the Thomas Education Center.  Order tickets at saveblackwater.org or 304-345-7663.  Ticket price is $30.
Free Friday
Free Friday will be at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship hall on Friday, November 29  at 6 p.m. Soups, sandwiches, chips, desserts, and drinks will be served. Everyone is welcome, and no donations are accepted.
ArtSpring Buy Local Sale
ArtSpring Buy Local Sale from  Friday, November 29 – Monday, Dec. 2. Gallery Hours 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday-Sunday
at The ArtSpring Gallery at Cottrill’s Opera House, Thomas.
Friends of Cortland Acres to Meet
